Absent: Helen/Hawk (Pres.), Storm Goranson
Susan takes the chair; calls meeting to order at 10:33
Old Business: Minutes of previous meeting (Dec. 11) read.
MOTION: Bruce moves to approve Minutes as read. Lilith 2nd; passed.
Action items from last meeting:
· Bruce will become PayPal signatory, using Exchange Bank as
go-between. NOT YET DONE.
· Bruce will file FTB form 199N with the Franchise Tax Board ASAP.
DONE.
· Bruce will tell SBE to apply this overpayment amount of $12.20 to
next year’s payment. DONE.
· Helen will remind Lilith to submit report of number of SCPN
members to LBAGC ASAP. WILL DO TODAY.
· Susan will coordinate with Helen, Lilith, and Leeanen to draft an
announcement of 30-day notice of dues change (to $30/yr.) and post it to
Yahoo list and email it to all members ASAP. NOT YET DONE.

New Business:
Events Calendar (Susan):
· February 24. Guests will be Conrad Bishop & Elizabeth Fuller of
the Independent Eye. Since our regular date for Feb. (the 17th) conflicts
with Pantheacon, we have changed to the following Friday, the 24th.
· March 16. OZ will present a hands-on playshop on “Making your own
Paleolithic Goddess figurine.” Air-drying clay and modeling tools will be
provided. A small donation for the clay would be appreciated.
· April 20. Julie Ann Arbor
· May 18. Lord Orion Foxwood (if he’s available). Otherwise, Loreon
Vigne of Isis Oasis. OZ will contact Orion.
· June 15. Wendy Rule (Australian Pagan bard) may be here in June.
OZ will contact her to see if she’ll be available to perform a concert for
SCPN on June 15.
· Lilith needs contact info for Diana Paxson; OZ will get it to her.
· Nicki Scully and Patrick McCollum were also discussed as potential
presenters. OZ will contact them.
· Melissa Weaver. We’d like to invite Melissa Weaver of “Straw Into
Gold” to do a presentation on wheat-weaving in Jan. of 2013 so we can all
make wheat-weavings for Brigit.
Membership (Susan): www.SCPNmeetup.com site now has 22 members. We have one
sponsor: “Creative Journeys.” We would like to promote more
sponsorships—Susan will provide info on how to become a sponsor.
Promotions: OZ brought news-clipping from Saturday’s Post Dispatch section:
“Find Your Place of Worship.” Gave info to Susan to submit listing for SCPN.
